At Baarah, we strive to deliver your beautiful jewellery to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery timelines and charges.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery: A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to all orders below ₹999.
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during festive seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are completely accurate. Baarah is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take utmost care in packaging, if your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@baarah.in so we can initiate an investigation with the courier and assist you.
